Bali is another third world country where we have once again witnessed mass poverty. It is hot, humid and dirty. We happened to be there when John Kerry was here for the APEC conference and even he had his tie off. Good for him!!
We are constantly being asked by people from all walks of life the question, " What is your government doing? " Frankly it is embarrassing as an American to make excuses for politicians who are unable to come to a sensible agreement.
This blog is a blog about our travels and I don't think it should have any political connotations but really Barrack Obama-- get off your pedestal and come down to reality, have you forgotten we are a world power, our currency is and should be a force in world commerce!! Please stop making us the laughing stock of the world.
From Bali we moved to Perth, West Australia, where we meet for the first time our Great Nephew, Cooper Millard who is not three weeks old yet.
