Flightseeing Glacier Tour of Denali

WHAT A DAY TO REMEMBER...........

This was for sure one of the highlights of our stay here! We left at 2.30pm and flew through the park for 90 miles to Mt Mckinley, 20,320 feet high. The veiws were awesome but at times I thought the pilot got a bit to close to the peaks of the glaciers and mountains. The photos speak for themselves. We are truly blessed to be able to do this sort of thing and are very humbled by this.

We were supposed to land on the glacier but there was too much fog...We saw the base camp for the climbers of Mt Mckinley at 7200ft but we could not land.

It is very difficult to describe this experience. I will post some pics and hopefully whoever looks at them will enjoy them as much as we enjoyed taking them.

The third photo is an airial photo of the area where we are working the rest are self explanatory.
