Well here we are taking a week off work just after we started. I have always wanted to visit the Yukon but it was always too difficult to get to.
We drove over the mountains from Alaska to Canada and almost killed our little car. Dawson City is just like it was during the gold rush in the early 1900's. We visited the Robert Service cabin where he wrote most of his poetry..... it was quite awesome. There is a road and a school named after him, quite a Scotsman from the same part of Scotland we were from many years ago.
The Flora Dora Hotel pic attached was the brothel. Most of the other pics are self explanatory.
