We arrived in Anchorage a week ago and bought a small Toyota Rav4 for our Alaska Expedition. The weather is mild. There is still snow on the ground. We travelled to Denali National Park where we will spend the summer. We hope to travel to the Yukon where Robert W Service wrote much of his best poetry during our stay here.
Our accomodations are fine but quite old. We have not seen much wild life yet as we are still in the settling in phase. I attach a few pics of our journey fron Anchorage.
